1.Edinburgh Sky to Sea Bike or E-Bike Tour with Transfer by TBC

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 427 reviews · 4 hours 45 minutes (approx.) · from $103Our pick

Ride from Edinburgh’s old town and Arthur’s Seat to Portobello Beach, Leith, and the New Town with guide Johann. Expect about 4 hours 45 minutes, roughly 16 miles, two manageable climbs, cycle paths, cobbles, city streets, and hotel pickup. Choose a manual bike or e-bike.

“Excellent tour of Edinburgh by a knowledgeable, experienced, friendly tour guide. Saw a lot of the city and some neighborhoods we wouldn't otherwise have known to go to, which was nice. Bikes were easy to ride. Most of tour was on paths/roads with no cars or minimal traffic. It was really nice to be picked up by the van (plus the option to finish the tour) at the hotel. Before signing up, we thought maybe 5 hours might be too much, but the time flew by, plus we got a good work-out! The kids (12 and 14yo) really enjoyed themselves, as well.”

“Martin was a very amiable guide. The wind got the best of the planned tour, but Martin had plan B and C. As we anticipated, we enjoyed the bikes and seeing Glasgow close up. Better to be comfortable on a bike for maximum enjoyment and we are so we did enjoy. Except the wind!”
